2change was established by Wendy Boast and Thomas Corrigan in June 2003, who both recognised that many enterprise change programmes fell short of delivering their intended benefits because insufficient attention was paid to engaging and developing the organisations` people. 2change was created to address that issue while helping organisations manage change, so that investments not only delivered the full range of benefits, but also that the improvements would be sustained.
